Events – Overview

As a career service and corporate contact, we offer employers a wide range of opportunities to present themselves on campus and get in touch with future specialists and managers. From classroom formats for 10–20 people to workshops based on your company's practical experience to large corporate contact fairs, we have interesting offers for you:

Career Forum

In the summer semester, our Career Forum company contact fair offers the ideal platform for students to get to know attractive employers on our campus. The dialogue with students and doctoral candidates is intended to help exchange experiences and establish contacts with your new potential employees.

CareerDays

Once a semester, employers from a wide range of industries have the opportunity to work with our students on exciting practical issues. In our CareerDays workshops, you will get to know the participants in depth, and this often leads to an internship or a job with you.

JobFenster

The focus here is on first-hand experience reports and current projects from everyday practice. In small groups, you can inform students about potential career fields at your company and discuss specific activities and requirements with them in a relaxed atmosphere. To make this possible, the speakers should have a similar professional background.

Companies on Campus (CoC)

Contact with future specialists and managers is also promoted through the Companies on Campus event series. In addition to lectures on campus, the programme also includes factory tours, excursions, application and assessment centre training, and CoffeeBikes. This is a great opportunity to present your company individually.

KUK - Career Paths

Alumni of the University of Bayreuth talk about their careers – you send young professionals with 1–5 years of professional experience who talk about their first-hand experiences of starting their careers. At each event, 3–4 alumni from different companies or law firms present their entry into an industry or specialist area.
