Companies on Campus – Practice on Campus

The event series Companies on Campus was originally created to strengthen ties to practice and to give employers the opportunity to inform interested students about professional topics. Over time, Companies on Campus has expanded to include plant tours, excursions, webinars, application trainings, and even CoffeeBikes on campus – a great opportunity to connect with future professionals and leaders.

Companies on Campus offers the perfect opportunity for you to present your company on the University of Bayreuth campus according to your individual ideas. A technical lecture? Application training or a CoffeeBike? Talk to us, and we will plan your event on campus together. Since in many industries a real insight into business practice is only possible at the company’s own site, there is also the option of plant tours and excursions.

Would you like to give a specialist lecture on campus and get in touch with interested students and doctoral candidates? Presentation Options

Practical Lecture

Would you like to give a lecture on a current topic relevant to your company or law firm? As part of a two-hour event, you will have this opportunity. In addition to a 45–60 minute specialist lecture, you can briefly present your company or law firm and introduce entry opportunities (approx. 15 minutes). Afterwards, questions from the audience can be answered in a concluding exchange. An optional get-together can be booked to encourage networking in a relaxed atmosphere. The lecture can take place either in person or virtually.

Application Training

Does your company conduct application or personality trainings for employees, and would you like to offer this to students and doctoral candidates as well? With Companies on Campus, you can! Assessment center, personality, and application trainings can be held, as well as interactive lectures on topics such as career planning. The training can take place either in person or virtually.

CoffeeBike

A CoffeeBike is a great way to raise awareness of your company or law firm and to exchange ideas with future professionals and leaders over coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. The advantage? Even students writing their thesis in the library or preparing for exams will take time for a coffee.

Excursion & Plant Tour

An excursion or plant tour is ideal if you want to show students your site and provide exciting insights into company processes.
